Registration confirmation:
Deadline for registration: November 14, 2019.
IMPORTANT: After this date, registrations can be made exclusively at the Event Secretariat, at the CDTN auditorium, UFMG Campus, starting at 8:00 am on November 18, 2019.
Reservations will not be accepted without payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
For requests of registration cancellations received up to 30 days before the event, October 18, 2019, the congress will reimburse 70% of the amount paid (retention of 30%).
No refund of any kind will be given for cancellation requests received after October 18, 2019.
The request for cancellation must be formalized through the email: cimas2019@eticaeventos.net.br. When requesting the cancellation, please provide your passport number and the data of bank account for the deposit.
Non-attendance (ie participants who register for the conference but do not attend the event) will not receive any type of reimbursement.
Registration Transfer:
It is possible to transfer the registration to another participant without additional fees, as long as it is of the same category and requested to the Executive Secretariat of the Event – ETICA Eventos -, imperatively by October 18, 2019.
4th Technical Meeting Products and Solutions for Underground
The Meeting Will be held in parallel with the VI CIMAS.
The registration for the 4th Meeting is free of charge.
