ORAL PRESENTATION OF PAPERS – COMMITMENT

ABAS has been running into a number of problems caused by authors who fail to deliver their oral presentation, harming the technical session and causing disappointment to those who attended the presentation. This also leads to unnecessary extra cost to the event in virtue of the installations which need to be rented as well as the personnel required to the technical sessions.

In view of this problem, in order to validate the final acceptance of the presentation ABAS requires that the authors of the paper designated to present pay their registration fees as well as the signature of the “Term of Agreement for Presentation of Work” by one of the authors and returned to the event administration office until October 10, 2019.
